On Thursday, June 9th, Future Tense welcomed U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy for a screening and discussion of E.T. the Extraterrestrial, the 1982 Steven Spielberg classic. The film tells the story of a young boy’s connection with an unexpected visitor, exploring the depths of our universe and the importance of friendship.
