Restoring Trust in American Policing - Police Body-Worn Cameras as a Tool to Enhance Trust and Police Accountability


Nancy La Vigne, Vice President, Justice Policy Center at the Urban Institute, moderates a panel discussion on using police body-worn cameras as a tool to enhance police trust and accountability with Michael D. White, a professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University; Anita Ravishankar, a research fellow with The Lab @ DC/Metropolitan Police Department and Robert Davis, chief social scientist at the Police Foundation.

The panel was part of the Restoring Trust in American Policing session held at the ASU Barrett & O’Connor Washington Center in Washington, D.C. March 14, 2018. The event was sponsored by the College of Public Service and Community Solutions at Arizona State University and CNA, a nonprofit research and analysis firm based in Arlington, Virginia.
